Creating Momentum by Trusting the Process

Lately, I’ve noticed a theme that comes up in my life and in conversations with friends: the struggle to feel enough. Enough in our careers, relationships, and personal goals. It’s something many of us wrestle with, even if we don’t always talk about it.

Acknowledging this struggle is the first step to growth. We all have moments where we feel like we’re falling short. What matters is how we respond.

For me, surpassing that feeling has involved tools and communities that keep me grounded and motivated. I’ve been working through the money challenge on the Higher app, connecting with my Expanded by To Be Magnetic community, and setting goals for my social media. Each small step reminds me that progress is a process and that I am enough as I am while still striving toward growth.

I’ve also been leaning into creativity. I’ve always wanted to make reels and skits for my solo podcast episodes, but I’ve often held back because of embarrassment or fear of putting myself out there. Over time, I’ve gotten better at promoting my guests with creative content, and now I’m ready to apply that same energy to promoting myself. It’s about embracing the journey and celebrating wins along the way.

A recent experience reminded me why this work matters. I attended a health and wellness summit in West Palm Beach where I met Dr. Emily Morse, the first podcaster I ever listened to. Meeting her in person was overwhelming in the best way. I cried, hugged her, and took a picture I’ll cherish forever. Moments like this remind me why I put myself out there and why it’s worth feeling vulnerable sometimes.

This journey is also reflected in my podcast and Instagram branding. I’ve been refining the look and feel of my content, moving toward more lavender and purple tones that feel like me. Everything is coming together, and it feels exciting to see growth, both creatively and personally.

The lesson is simple. Feeling enough is not a destination. It’s a practice. It’s about taking intentional action, celebrating small wins, and embracing your growth. Whether it’s through creative projects, connecting with communities, or stepping into your own light, you are enough, and your journey matters.
