This week’s episode is a little different. It’s just me, checking in after taking a two-week break. Honestly, I needed it. The weight of everything happening in the world was hitting me hard, and I realized social media was consuming me. Instead of feeling inspired or connected, I felt heavy. Anxious. Sad. Like I couldn’t turn my brain off at night.
So I did what felt best. I stepped away. From social media. From recording. From everything.
I think many of us have felt the same lately, overwhelmed by the constant stream of news, opinions, and arguments. Social media can be wonderful, but it’s also the main way we are taking in information. And sometimes it’s just too much. It’s so important to be mindful of who and what we are following, and to know when it’s time to unplug.
After two weeks, I found myself missing this space and wondering how to get back into my groove. I didn’t write an outline or plan bullet points. I just pressed record and spoke from the heart.
But this episode isn’t only about explaining my break. It’s also about where I want to go from here. Moving forward, I am excited to bring on guests to talk about topics that truly fuel me:
- Skincare and wellness
- Entrepreneurship and small business ownership
- Finances and building confidence with money
- Dating, relationships, and growth mindset
These are the conversations that light me up and, I hope, inspire you too.
So while this week’s episode is a little raw and reflective, it is also full of excitement for what is ahead. I am ready to get back in rhythm, open up more conversations, and create the kind of episodes that uplift, connect, and encourage growth.
