Start Before You’re Ready: Imposter Syndrome, Fitness, & Female Empowerment with Jackie

Today, I sat down with my friend Jackie — a vibrant, energetic soul who recently moved to South Florida and joined one of my all-time favorite places: The Montana Method. If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with this fitness studio. It’s truly one-of-a-kind — unlike any other I’ve ever belonged to — and Jackie is the latest bright light to join the team.

As we’ve started working together, I’ve gotten to know more about who she is beyond the studio — and she’s incredible. Last week, she opened up to me about a passion project she’s been building: a female-driven, 90-day online coaching program that’s designed to be transformational. Jackie isn’t just a coach in this program — she’s more like a one-on-one mentor, your biggest cheerleader, your go-to person. She meets with her clients weekly, checks in consistently, and even gives them homework. It’s a full-on, high-touch, hand-holding experience that creates real, lasting change.

In this episode, Jackie shares the “why” behind her program — and as we all know, understanding your “why” is the foundation for anything meaningful. Her dedication, heart, and authenticity are so apparent in everything she does.

But we didn’t just talk about fitness or coaching…

We went deep — into limiting beliefs, the power of imposter syndrome, and how those invisible narratives can stop us from starting the things that matter most. Jackie shared stories from her own journey — including how she began as a barre instructor and how one open door led to another. What started as a side hustle evolved into a true path of self-discovery.

I even opened up about my own experience with imposter syndrome — especially when it came to launching this podcast. I’ll be real: this didn’t come easily to me. I’m not one of those people who has an idea and executes on it overnight (although I’m working on becoming more like that!). Like many of you, I’ve struggled with comparison, perfectionism, and self-doubt. But having conversations like this is what helps shift the mindset.

So yes — this episode touches on physical fitness, why we love movement, and what makes The Montana Method community so special. But it’s also about being human, showing up for yourself, shifting your perspective, and changing the narrative so you can live a more empowered, wholehearted life.

🎧 The episode is out now! I can’t wait for you to hear it. Whether you’re chasing a dream, building something new, or just trying to get through the week with grace — this one’s for you.

I hope you Enjoy the Episode as much as I do!
